**Role Purpose**:
This is an exciting new role within the South Yorkshire Police force, to provide clerical and administrative support to our DARA team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide clerical and administrative support to the DARA team.
- Liaise with and act as a specific point of contact for various partnership and external agencies to share and extract sensitive information relating to Domestic Abuse Offenders / Victims.
- Undertake PND checks relating to Domestic Abuse perpetrators.
- Interrogate various computer systems to retrieve data and disseminate results to probation officers and colleagues from other Police Forces.
- Research persons and incidents using Connect, CMS, SMART CONTACT, PROCAD and PNC and Internet systems as appropriate.
- Create critical markers for DA victims and addresses
- Update Operation Encompass notifications
- General admin tasks on behalf of the PVP.
