**Sales Office Administrator - Aftersales Department**

**Role Description**

**Duties include**:
**Inbound Sales Calls**: Efficiently process and accurately record sales orders.
Identify technical queries which require redirecting to the manufacturer for expert assistance.
Provide updates on estimated delivery times.
Effectively handle and resolve general complaints.
**Customer Service**:Ensure outstanding customer service on every call, aiming to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
**Administrative Tasks**:Conduct detailed administration following each call to maintain accurate records.
**Ad Hoc Duties**:Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required by the Aftersales Department.

**Experience required for the role**:
Previous customer service experience in a busy and fast-paced office environment.
Being confident on the phone and working in a fast-paced environment.
Industry-relevant experience within bathrooms or home products whilst not essential, would be an advantage.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the efficiently to process and accurately record sales orders.
Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic level in MS office (incl creating word documents and understanding routine excel files)
Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and enjoys being part of a team environment.

**Pay: Circa £24,500.00 pa DOE**
