We are looking for an individual who can bring their passion and desire for developing in-house marketing material with them to help maximise company recognition and profits. Our Sales and Marketing Administrator will be taking ownership of a wide-range of exciting marketing projects from internal inhouse group projects through to local marketing that comunicates the companies strategies and mission to new and existing clients. This is a fixed-term 18 month contract working full-time Monday to Friday.
As our Sales and Marketing Administrator you’ll be working collaboratively with the wider Commercial team, who are responsible for coordinating strategies to help meet and maximise the company’s sales goals. You’ll have ongoing support and guidance from our Marketing Manager in the development of the companies wider marketing and branding strategies.
**What will our Sales and Marketing Administrator be responsible for?**
Planning and delivering social media marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the company and generate enquiries for new business
Updating marketing and sales monthly performance reports
Execute & analyse marketing campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Manager manage and update the content on the website, optimising for SEO
Assist the business development team with presentations/tender documentation.
Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Dynamics)
Working with the Sales Director and wider Business Development team to coordinate targeted sales strategies
**What we need from our Sales and Marketing Administrator?**
Proven experience of Hubspot, digital and direct Proficiency in MS Office, CRM Software, Excel and PowerPoint
Previous marketing experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years within a sales/ marketing role
Knowledge of best practice techniques for online and social media marketing
Proactive and professional approach demonstrated throughout your work
