**Position**: Facilities Administrator

**Location**: Strensall, York

**Hours**: 16 - 20 hours per week

**Salary**: £12 per hour

**Pay Schedule**: Fortnightly

**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Plan Visits**: Schedule visits to engineering locations based on the annual planner.

**Health & Safety Packs**: Create and distribute health & safety packs to clients.

**Reports and Remedial Works**: Receive visit reports, address any remedial works required.

**Report Issuance**: Dispatch completed reports to clients.

**Documentation Management**: File completed reports within a web-based portal.

**Progress Tracking**: Provide daily updates on progress to management.

**Client Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients and service partners.

**Additional Duties**: Undertake other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work 16 - 20 hours per week.
- Own transport is essential due to lack of local public transport.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to tasks.
