**Property Administrator**
**Working in the Property Services Department as a part of the property services team you will be responsible for managing your own property group and liaising with Landlords, Tenants and Local Authorities on behalf of Elliot Leigh Property Management.**
**Hours of work. Location & salary**
**Salary - £28,000 per annum + additional employee benefits**
**Full Time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm**
**Office based - Ilford**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Be the First point of contact for clients reporting maintenance issues for properties within your property grouping either by phone or online.
- Answer calls, take and record all relevant details about the nature of the issue, ensuring all relevant information is recorded accurately
- Carry out basic troubleshooting checks with the clients to ascertain if a home visit is required.
- Record all maintenance works on the company’s software platforms
- Complete assessments and allocate jobs to the maintenance team in line with the correct schedule of priority.
- To report any alleging disrepair complaints to the Property Services Manager
- To report any complaints where a client has legal or professional representation to the Property Services Manager
- To be in regular contact with the Maintenance operatives to ensure work orders are completed on time and in line with company targets.
- Follow up on completion of maintenance issues
- Ensure that the company achieves it's gaols and objectives
- Provide additional office support where and when required.
**What personal qualities, experience & qualifications do I need?**
- Previous Property Administration Experience is desirable but not essential.
- Enthusiastic & willing to learn different aspects of property management.
- Must be IT literate/ MS office knowledge.
- Must be a Team Player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Excellent Organisational and Multitasking skills.
- Great eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines.
- Willing to attend all training to develop core skills.
