Admin Assistant (£8 to £10/hour depending on experience)

**Overview of Role**:
Provide a high level of general administration support to the Accounts & Payroll department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain company filing system
- Deal with daily post
- Answer phone and taking messages
- Enter Invoices onto Sage accounts package
- Undertake training by the company
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C or higher including English and Maths
- Proven ICT skills within all Microsoft packages
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- One years’ experience working within an office environment desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
