Office Admin Assistant

SMC Services manage and carry out repairs for domestic appliances for some major manufacturers and retailers across Northern Ireland. A unique position has become available in our head office in Enniskillen.
Responsibilities include:
- Making and receiving phone calls from both engineers and customers
- Organise calendars for engineers for different areas
- Order spare parts as instructed by the engineers or customers
- Leave updates on system and invoice clients for work carried out
- And much more in this exciting role as part of a team
**Requirements**:
- Willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills
- Good telephone manner
- Previous experience in customer service
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
**Salary**: £13,869.00-£28,472.00 per year
