**IT Service Desk Apprentice**

**Salary: £13,000 - £15,000 per annum**

**Hours: Full time - 35 hours**

**Contract: 12 - 16 Month Contract**

**Location: Hybrid Working (Head Office, West Bromwich)**

You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete an IT systems and networking - Azure Cloud Support Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.

**Key responsibilities: [will include but not be limited to:]**
- Work with other members of the team to develop and build relevant skills and knowledge
- Escalate Incidents or high-impact problems to the IT Managers, keeping them updated as the situation changes
- Maintaining documentation such as working instructions, user guides and procedures
- Facilitate teamwork by documenting and sharing work practices
- Creating and assigning incidents and requests based on priority to appropriate teams
- Handling incoming calls and undertaking any relevant issue investigation ensuring all key information is accurately captured

**You will also**:

- Learn to use the company’s IT Service Management Tool to triage Incidents and Requests to the appropriate teams
- Learn how to investigate and resolve issues for users and systems

**Entry requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
