We are looking for an experienced Corporate Events Assistant to provide booking and events support as part of the Corporate Events Team which functions across the Barons Eden Group.

Support from the Head Of Corporate & Events
**Key responsibilities & duties include**:
- Administration of MICE bookings from contracting stage.
- Pre-event administration, including pre-orders, rooming lists and payments.
- Support the team with familiarisation visits to the hotel handling all areas of administration.
- Support with face-to-face appointments, evening events, trade shows and in house show-rounds when required.
- Build and maintain in-house relationships to ensure client needs are met, whilst being an ops-link.
- Full administration of the Christmas sales operation and co-ordination
- Answer telephone enquiries in the event of the sales team being unable to take them, recording the information and communicating the information back.
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and administration skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and friendly.
- Great attention to detail.
- 40 hours per week, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
