Payroll Administrator

The role:
- Processing and querying timesheets on a weekly basis in preparation for final checking before processing. Including collating new starter information.
- Verifying sub-contractors via HMRC gateway.
- Analyse and resolve payroll related queries.
- Preparation of weekly project costs.
- Completion and submission of monthly CIS returns to HMRC.
- Assist with accounts payable tasks related to payroll, such as reconciling payroll-related accounts.
- Supporting accounts payable with other tasks as and when required.
- Experienced in preparing and processing payroll.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to payroll processing.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with employees and management.
- A team player with a can do attitude.

Work Schedule
Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm
Friday 8am - 3pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £21,713.12-£26,572.00 per year
