Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Corporate Services
Hybrid - attached to the Solihull office
Full Time, Permanent
£25,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Here at Serco, we’re seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Corporate Services. As a key player in our Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting the delivery of top-tier corporate talent for our organisation.
Day-to-day you’ll be consulting with hiring managers on recruitment needs, advising on suitable attraction methods and ensuring roles are advertised in line with our talent brand. Diversity and Inclusion is important to us, so you’ll be an ambassador to all your stakeholders - ensuring that there is a diverse and inclusive selection process and challenging your managers appropriately.
**As part of this you’ll**:
Work across a wide variety of roles to hire both junior and senior corporate talent across multiple different teams such as Technology, HR and Finance (to name a few)
Liaise closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to create and deliver proactive and innovative sourcing strategies as appropriate
Become a trusted recruitment source for hiring managers, building excellent relationships
Utilise systems and processes to ensure data integrity, enabling accurate data tracking and reporting
Take a hands-on approach to recruitment projects and initiatives
**What you’ll need to do the role**:
Experience within a recruitment environment, either in-house, RPO or recruitment agency
Effective sourcing experience, with competence using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a positive can-do attitude
A proactive approach to recruitment with solid attention to detail
Demonstrable experience at building strong relationships with hiring managers
Effective systems experience with exposure to applicant tracking systems
