**JOB TITLE: Project Support Assistant**

**LOCATION: Lewes (Remote working)**

**PAY RATE: £13.50 paye hour**

**START DATE: ASAP**

**DURATION/Hours: 6-month initial contract/ 37 hours a week**

**Role purpose**:
Our Project Support Officers (PSO) handle the administrative functions of the Our Care Connected programme. They oversee and support the project's daily functions to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are me. The PSO's report to the Business Manager within the programme.

The role requires strong computer literacy, communication and administrative skills. You will use these to help manage and process governance activities to support the project. You will work across the programme and support the capabilities to deliver key milestones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g., assigned tasks and next steps)
- Coordinating and administering meetings, including the creation, and issuing of minutes
- Supporting the team to break projects into doable tasks and setting timeframes and goals
- Prepare and provide governance documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Act as the point of contact across the programme
- Manage daily administrative functions
- Liaise with other professionals and external parties to pull together key information
- Implementing directions of senior management and following actions through to completion
- Providing daily support to project team as directed by the management team

**Skills & experience**:

- Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or similar role with a clear aptitude for organisation and prioritisation
- High degree of computer literacy including advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite especially MS Excel, Word, and Teams
- Ability to take accurate and concise minutes with limited supervision
- Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules
- Solid organisation and time-management skills
- Team spirit, professional, organised
