**JOB DESCRIPTION**_

**Role**: Business Support Co-Ordinator

**Reports To**: Managing Director

**Based at**: Cannock, Staffs

**Job Purpose**:To provide business support to the sales and field-based teams, arranging and liaising with customers, awarding bodies & suppliers.

This is a busy role that is a key part of the business operations so being able to work efficiently, organise, make decisions, prioritise and work dynamically are key functions to the success of this role.

You need to have a good eye for detail, have organisational skills, conscientious, be proactive and able to forward think, take ownership of your tasks with pride and manage yourself, as well as others.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Manage, Review & co-ordinate paperwork (physical and electronic) issues, returns & uploads.
- Process paperwork inbound and outbound
- Liaise with Customers, suppliers & awarding bodies
- Effectivly manage team calendars, schedules, appointments, accommodation & office supplies
- Record communications on CRM effectively
- Manage & chase Outstanding Debts
- Invoice Processing
- Manage Purchase Order No's
- Support the MD, sales and engineering field-based teams to allow them to efficiently complete their tasks
- **You Must**:_
- Have excellent communication skills, verbal, written, have attention to detail and be driven in your motivation to complete tasks
- Be able to manage your day efficiently, make to do lists and see them through in an efficient manner, prioritise and be methodical & work well in a small team
- Be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, & Ideally Act / CRM)
- have attention to detail and be able to follow jobs through to completion
