The Opportunity: Supplier Relations Coordinator

Contract: 9 Month FTC

Location: Cannock

**The Impact you will have**:

- Managing the process for onboarding new suppliers, ensuring existing suppliers are compliant with Briggs values and standards
- Maintaining and refresh existing supplier agreements ensuring commercial terms are optimised.
- Facilitating the relationships between internal stakeholders and suppliers through regular reviews to drive alignment of objectives and growth opportunities across the whole business
- Identifying and deliver cost reductions & service level improvements with current and new suppliers whilst ensuring quality and service are not adversely affected
- Day to day co-ordination of company car, commercial fleet and pool/hire vehicles in accordance with Company Policy, liaising with internal stakeholders and company fleet provider
- Processing new vehicle orders and manage the return & handover process
- Delivering management reports relating to the cost and performance of the fleet
- Administration of fuel cards, toll tags, fines & accident repairs
- Facilitating supplier business reviews to support the business stakeholders in managing supplier performance in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Daily review and resolution of supplier invoice queries
- Processing monthly internal business recharges (courier costs, hire vehicles etc)
- Co-ordinating the recovery of annual supplier rebates
- Maintaining the supplier contract documentation ensuring all policies, compliance documents are up to date to ensure the company is not put at risk

**What will help you to excel in this role**:

- Ideally CIPS trained
- Substantial experience of supplier contracts/agreements development
- Demonstrable influencing and negotiating skills
- Knowledge of creative problem solving tools and techniques
- Significant skills in MS office suite
