At TES (based at our Cannock HQ - WS11 8JD) we are excited to announce an excellent career opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Project Coordinator on a 3 month fixed term contract. The Project Co-ordinator’s primary functions are to provide high level, effective and efficient project planning, recruiting resources. They are to maintain accurate records and communicate project progress to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will work Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (with a 1hr break).

**What you will do day to day**:

- Ensure client and customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Prepare progress reports and disseminate to customer and key stakeholders
- Support and assist the Client Services Manager and Account Manager
- Develop and maintain relationships with third party contractors ensuring that the best support is provided at all times, both commercially and customer facing.
- Update and maintain in house systems
- Organise collections/deliveries as required within a timely manner and prepare details of schedule back to customer

- Excellent Excel skills
- Customer focused, able to work under pressure, react fast and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills, able to quickly gain trust and respect from internal and external customers
