Electrical Administrator

We are a well-established Electrical Contracting Business who require some extra support to assist with office administration and bookkeeping on a part time, ongoing basis.
The role will be home based, flexible part time hours and paying £11 per hour (negotiable).
Key responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries
- Data entry
- Raising PO's
- Ordering materials
- Liaising with suppliers for competitive quotations
- General administrative support
- Bookkeeping/Accounts
Skill requirements:
- Three years’ experience in Bookkeeping or Accountancy
- Experience in Microsoft Office (all products)
- The ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of electrical parts is an advantage, but not a necessity
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £11.00-£14.00 per hour
