Human Resources MI Data Officer - Newcastle Upon Tyne (office based)

Ideally experienced in working within Human Resources - analysis of system data, creating and delivering People Management Information reports

**The Role**:

- Work closely with our internal stakeholders to understand and interpret their requirements to provide effective analysis of system data.
- Help to maintain accurate and relevant employee data, the quality of our data is paramount,
- Be the point of contact within the business for day-to-day People Management Information requests
- Create and deliver the monthly People Management Information report using a variety of bespoke systems
- Provide bespoke data analysis and measurement methodologies for People Team led projects.
- Define reporting relating to employee data and statistics in response to stakeholder requests, ensuring on time delivery
- Regularly maintain and identify improve the HRIS reporting suite to ensure consistent, accurate and timely HR Management Information
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within HR Systems, managing activities to identify and resolve data inaccuracies and inadequacies, putting in place preventative measures as necessary.
- Provide as-needed support for the People Team users to improve data integrity within Hive
- With the Data Protection Officer and others, ensure that People Data information and its use within PDR complies fully with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
- Develop reports and dashboards to be accessed by a variety of users from across the PDR community using the Dayforce reporting suite and other reporting tools. Including the testing and rollout of reports to users
- Work closely with the People Support team to provide support with reporting and data quality.
- Analyse call volumes and query resolution times to produce MI data to assist the team achieve their KPIs
- Help Operations achieve their objections with analytical support and analysis, to present to the team in PowerPoint presentations
- Work with colleagues to interpret the details of the compensation policy, market pricing and compensation benchmarking
- Use data analysis to assist with the Annual Pay and Bonus review cycle
- Work with the People Team to take part in various People Team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in the rollout and implementation of HR programmes
- Map, document and maintain a library of HR operational processes related to Management Information analysis

**Desired Skills**:

- Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines, and to prioritise between conflicting demands.
- Ability to understand and take complex design briefs from an end user, including clients as required.
- A Learner mindset, a curiosity to learn and grow, learn from mistakes, successes and speak up openly in a safe environment.
- Strong inter-personal skills, team player and quick learner
- Integrity in Working with sensitive and confidential data
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel and have a good understanding of Vlookups, Pivots table and formulas
- Understanding of PowerBI and experience of using HRM software, such as Dayforce
