Purchasing Administrator

Position Overview:
As a purchasing administrator for our online retail business, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing activities. You’ll be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, supporting the purchasing team, and maintaining efficient processes.

Main Responsibilities:
1.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and supplier data.
- Process purchase orders promptly and accurately.
- Generate reports for management analysis.

2.
- Assist the purchasing team with in-bound tracking
- Provide exceptional service.

3.
- Create product listings in Linnworks
- Manage Pricing on multiple channels
- Manage product data from suppliers.

4. Logistics and Shipping:

- Coordinate inbound shipments with couriers and operations team.
- Track shipments and address any delivery issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of purchases.

5. General Administrative Tasks:

- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and handle correspondence.

Qualifications:

- Experience:

- Prior experience in e-commerce or retail administration is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (Linnworks)
- Demonstrable knowledge of office software specifically Excel.
- Skills:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
