In this role you will support the operation of the purchasing systems. You will analyse data and supply reporting to the management team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Operate the purchasing system and support managers with purchase order approvals
- Collate and analyse data from systems for reports
- You will support the full compliance with the guidelines both global and local
- Communicate with the management team on any changes or the ways in which they are applied
- You will monitor and administer the controls assigned to the logistics management team
- Reporting details and highlighting any issues that may arise
- General Admin duties

The skills needed:

- At least 1 year Admin experience
- Knowledge of MS Office, including excel
- Good standard of education to GCSE
- Organisational skills
- Planning skills
- SAP knowledge would be an advantage
