Job Summary:
Forrest Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide support across several areas of our people-facing business. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including tasks such as collating payroll administration, checking invoices, and updating the system with new starters and leavers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and process payroll administration, including checking invoices and purchase orders
- Update the system with new starters and leavers, including reviewing holidays and monitoring sickness
- Typing up offer letters from templates and organizing induction information and employment contracts
- Diary management and keeping insurance policies up to date
- Updating the handbook and gathering information changes from line managers and passing this to the legal representative
Requirements:
- Strong administrative background and ability to coordinate and work as part of a team
- Business savvy and commercially aware, with excellent time-keeping and organizational skills
- Proactive and can-do approach, with a strong communicator
