Construction Support Specialist

We are seeking a Construction Support Specialist to assist our Building Surveyors in evaluating and assessing building structures.
This is a temporary role aimed at aiding our surveyors in their critical work.
- Collaborate closely with Building Surveyors to assist in evaluating building structures.
- Conduct on-site visits and inspections to gather relevant data and information.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and assessments based on findings.
- Aid in analysing and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
- Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers, as necessary.
- Help maintain accurate records of assessments, inspections, and findings.
- Support the surveying team in administrative tasks and project coordination.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with a background or education in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.
A strong understanding of building codes, safety protocols, and best practices is also required.
