Overview:
Expleo is a trusted partner for end-to-end, integrated engineering, quality services and management Reporting to the Country Capability Business Lead, the Unit Delivery Leader is primarily responsible for the recruitment, deployment, development and retention of team members within their capability. In addition, they have joint responsibility with the Portfolio Delivery Managers (PDMs) for ensuring projects achieve Business Quality, Cost and Schedule Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the capability has the right people with the right skills available at the right time to the project delivery teams.
- Managing capability development and implementing the recruitment strategy in line with the Capability Business Unit (CBU) Strategy.
- Undertaking professional development reviews and Gap Analysis to develop and position the technical capability for future work streams.
- Mentoring and nurturing talent to maintain Expleo’s position as a “Great Place to Work”.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our extended network of academic and industrial partners.
- Technical governance of projects within your capability portfolio.
- Supporting the PDM with project Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, People and Risk (SQCDPR) reviews to ensure Project KPIs are achieved.
- You’ll also support our Market Business Units (MBUs) and other internal CBUs with the development of value propositions for new and existing clients.

Qualifications:

- Membership of IET or equivalent Engineering Institution
