**Job description**:
Join us as an Enablement Delivery Lead
- Customer Goals & Journeys is transforming into an Agile, goal and journey lead organisation of c3,500 colleagues, this is a new role to help establish and embed the new pan-goal operating rhythm. You will facilitate our interactions with the businesses we support and our delivery partners to ensure we prioritise the right work across the portfolio
- With no two days the same, you'll have the chance to be a true servant leader and help ensure consistent Agile delivery
- In this exciting role, you'll enjoy regular engagements with key stakeholders as well as the opportunity to build your network across the bank

**What you'll do**:
As the Enablement Delivery Lead, you’ll be facilitating the coordination of our operating rhythm across all the goals, ensuring that work aligns to the objectives and key results (OKRs), high-level dependencies are understood and managed, and blockers are highlighted and addressed. This will require you to understand the vision, plans, and interdependencies of a wide range of teams, and bring them into alignment so that our portfolio and domain pipelines are synchronised.

It’s a highly collaborative role that will see you coordinating with goal leads, delivery leads, customer journey managers, product owners, domain and platform leads and other stakeholders to ensure strategy and delivery alignment. You’ll also encourage collaboration across teams, goals (programmes), domains and centres of excellence, making sure they have a clear understanding of how their work helps the customer.

Your other responsibilities will include:

- Driving continuous improvement through Agile coaching leaders to adopt agile mindsets and ways of working and assessing alternative delivery approaches
- Using Agile tools and techniques to manage and optimise the rate at which our programmes deliver business value
- Building and communicating iterative planning cycles at a portfolio level and coordinating across the goals
- Facilitating and fostering the preparation of release and sprint visions, goals and work pipelines and facilitating pre and post planning meetings
- Establishing and facilitating a cadence pan-goal that will facilitate coordination of planning, management of dependencies and issues and escalation and resolution of blockers across the division
- Facilitating and fostering the adoption of portfolio and programme level agile practises
- Supporting leadership reporting and MI related to enablement activities

**The skills you'll need**:
To join us in this role, you'll have an expert understanding of running complex projects spanning multiple scrum and non-scrum teams. You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to influence both business and technical partners.

We'll also look for you to demonstrate:

- Expert knowledge and proficiency with scaled Agile and P3M tools and methodologies spanning goal, portfolio, goal (programme) and team levels
- Strong servant leadership capabilities
