Technology Enabled Care Lead

1. Scoping and reviewing TEC Develop a thorough knowledge of how TEC is currently utilised within BNSSG across our range of ICS partners Work diplomatically with system partners to understand and review existing TEC-related work across the ICS, and co-produce a system-wide roadmap to move the ICS towards a unified TEC model that enables local initiatives to thrive as well as providing opportunities for scale where that can benefit partners across the system Develop focal points around which to test and implement optimised approaches to TEC, drawing on the specific population health needs of each of the local authority areas 2. Sharing knowledge and best practice Develop a high level of specialist knowledge on TEC systems, current and emerging, both within England and other countries, and use this knowledge to support existing TEC projects, planning and benefits realisation Ensure all approaches to TEC are human-centred - starting from the persons needs and avoiding developing interventions and products then trying to fit them to the person Develop mechanisms to share knowledge and effective ways of working between existing TEC projects Set up a monthly operational group with system partners to standardise processes and practices, identify priorities and measure benefits Galvanise existing TEC interventions, to maximise impact Liaise with and promote the use of existing test environments such as Future Space, UWE, as a mechanism for exploring and real-Worlding TEC innovations Create an online knowledge hub and establish a TEC academy to facilitate pan-organisation learning and development events 3. Levelling-up TEC and securing funding With relevant One Care colleagues, support the development of digital maturity particularly in social care provider settings Create a shared TEC catalogue across BNSSG Organise, set agendas and Chair the TEC operational group and (if required) a TEC strategic group to develop a system-wide approach to TEC Plan and begin to develop effective place-based care pathways within our localities Develop business cases for funding bids with system partners Work with the General Practice Digital Strategy Group to engage with the TEC Roadmap and to examine the role of General Practice within a system-wide TEC programme Support with the evaluation of existing TEC, emerging tech and digital maturity projects, as directed by the One Care Digital Strategy Group and other relevant stakeholders Scale deployment of TEC products across pan-organisation pathways
