Job Title: Clinical Coordinator - Haemodialysis Unit

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our Haemodialysis Unit at North Bristol NHS Trust. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of the unit.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of haemodialysis services, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care. You will be responsible for managing patient flow, coordinating staff rotas, and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of haemodialysis services, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care.
  • Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring that patients are treated in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate staff rotas, ensuring that the unit is adequately staffed at all times.
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available, and that the unit is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with current NMC licence to practice.
  • Experience in haemodialysis or renal care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
