Unit Nurse Manager

About the Role:
As a Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for implementing person-centred care plans that make a real difference to residents' day-to-day lives. Your key responsibilities will include planning, managing and monitoring the delivery of nursing care that meets all residents' needs. This will involve working closely with local regulators and social services to ensure high-quality care is provided. In this role, you will have the autonomy to take your unit from strength to strength and will have opportunities for professional development.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential. You should also have an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. As a natural leader, you will have acted as a clinical mentor and have supported newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship. You will be dedicated, ambitious and resilient, with a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care.
Job Details:
This is a full-time position, working 48 hours per week, including alternate weekends. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents.
