You will be working for one of the longest standing independent Estate Agency groups in the North East, which means there is plenty of incoming business for you to earn great commission on.

Even though they already have 26 branches across the North East AND a very successful Auction Department, this business is still growing and is set to grow even more

As the Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, renters and landlords. You will be advising and helping them through their property search, let or purchase and finally helping to ensure they move in or complete on their purchase in a smooth and timely manner.

- Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00, every other Saturday 09:00 - 13:00 with a day off in the week

**What you will be doing**
- Agreeing sales & progressing sales through to exchange and completion
- Agreeing lets & progressing lets through to move in
- Generating and booking valuations for both sales and lettings
- Conducting property viewings
- Build relationships with Vendors and Landlords to encourage repeat business and recommendations
- Actively pursue and identify new business to grow the register
- Prepare property details and write property descriptions and arrange photographs and floorplans

**What you’ll have**
- Experience working within property, ideally Estate Agency
- Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
