Partner Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Estate Agent with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. As a Partner Agent, you will be responsible for establishing and growing your own property sales and lettings business. Your role will include listing properties for sale and rent, and guiding your clients through the buying, selling, or renting process.This role is ideal for someone who wants to work on their own terms and hours, running their own Estate Agency business without the initial costs of setting up an office. You will operate under the reputable Newfield Estates brand with complete flexibility and no fixed hours, allowing you to manage your business your way.

**What We Provide**:

- Access to an established CRM system and an office base as needed.
- Lead generation and marketing tools.
- Ability to list properties on major portals like Rightmove and OnTheMarket.
- Branding, contracts, marketing materials, and training
- Referral systems for mortgages and conveyancing to boost your earnings under the Newfield Estates Brand
- Generous commission package: minimum 80% of the fees generated, and benefits package.
- Pay: £20,000.00-£80,000.00 per year

**To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have**:

- At least 2 years of experience in estate agency, preferably in both sales and lettings.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- A professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- A strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
- Good knowledge of the property market and current trends.
