Due to an continued growth the position of **Site Agent** has become available to join an **established** team based in **Bradbury.**

CHC Highways is a joint venture between Costain and CH2M where they have been entrusted with providing routine and cyclical maintenance work, incident and severe weather response and will be responsible for the maintenance of the depot facilities for Area 14. The depot facilities are at - Bradbury, Kneeton, Carrville and Alnwick

This is a site based role in Bradbury. There will be the expectation to working nights, weekends and unsociable hours when required to do so

**Role Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Current driving Licence and CSCS managers card
- Ability to effectively plan, allocate and supervise staffing, plant and material resources as well as supply chain.
- Thorough and methodical disposition to monitor individuals and suppliers
- Good communication skills for interface with members of the public and other stakeholders including Senior Client representatives
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
