**Office Service Operative - Telephone Helpdesk**
Are you a people-person with excellent communication skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at providing top-notch customer service? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Telephone Helpdesk Operative
We welcome anyone with an Admin, sales or office based background to apply
**Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm**
**The Role**
- Delivering a seamless and smooth operation of the helpdesk
- Working in a small team
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Acting as the first point of contact for telecoms end users, offering initial support and troubleshooting assistance.
To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and highly enthusiastic. Your attention to detail is exceptional, and you possess excellent communication skills. Being proactive and tenacious will allow you to navigate challenges effectively, ensuring optimal service delivery.
