As a compliance officer (ESG) You will support the business in meeting its ESG objectives by collating, processing, and evaluating all relevant data and in calculating our ESG outputs.
**About MS3 Networks **MS3 is a fibre network operator based in the Kingston-Upon-Hull area with plans to pass over 500,000 homes and businesses with full fibre. As a wholesale-only provider, MS3 will enable its existing and future ISP clients to provide up to 10Gb connections to end-customers, building on their existing fibre ring through Hull and to more than 30 other locations in the region.

**Role & Responsibilities**
- To work towards our ESG framework in line with our stakeholders’ expectations
- Develop a full ESG report
- To design and implement sustainability ESG initiatives
- To fully understand and be able to articulate our ESG impact across the business
- To work with internal and external stakeholders in the ESG development
- To collate all required documentation from each of our supplier bases T1 T2 T3
- To conduct full stake holder mapping to establish ESG scopes
- To input collated data to give the company its ESG outputs
- To continuously work towards ways in which we can offset our carbon footprint
- To support our procurement team in ensuring ethical supplier on-boarding
- To ensure our business is prepared for all ESG regulatory requirements
- To identify and add recommendations to any at risk procedures
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent researcher and skills to analytically process data
- Ability to influence key stakeholders
- Able to collaborate with multiple departments
- Excellent ethics and quantitative skills
- Expertise within a similar role
- Excellent ESG regulatory knowledge
- Good communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Can effectively plan and manage own time and actions to deadline.
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion is always adhered to.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
**Essential Qualifications**
- A business degree that covers sustainability or similar
- Project Management (prince 2 or similar)
- Information Technology proficiency and experience is crucial
- Excellent in Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel.

**As an administrator your responsibilities will be**:
- To support the delivery team with all administration duties.
- To assist in the preparation of all paperwork to ensure full compliance.
- To collate and keep an organised system and process of works.
- To actively and professionally support the team ensuring deadlines are met.
- To provide office support to our build partners for any requirements they have.
- To assist the needs and requirements for the Construction department.
- To create job packs and gather utility stats for our build partners.
**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar administration, customer service, call centre, helpdesk role.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good communicator with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Can effectively plan and manage own time and actions to deadline.
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion is adhered to at all times.
