Compliance Officer

As an engineering coordinator, you will work closely with the engineering team, external contractors, and key stakeholders across the business, playing a crucial role in fault resolutions and ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of residential and business installations. This position requires strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and the
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

MS3 is a fibre network operator based in the Kingston-Upon-Hull area with plans to pass over 500,000 homes and businesses with full fibre. As a wholesale-only provider, MS3 will enable its existing and future ISP client to provide up to 10Gb connections to end-customers, building on their existing fibre ring through Hull and to more than thirty other locations in the

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for coordinating residential, business and enterprise installations, working with internal stakeholders, wholesale partners and external contractors.
- Co-ordinate fault investigations, assign tasks to appropriate personnel, and monitor progress to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor installation progress, identify, and resolve potential issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Create and manage PIA documentation.
- Manage the installations planner, ensuring effective appointment scheduling and adherence to SLA’s.
- Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on fault resolution progress and expected time frames.
- Maintain detailed records of fault reports, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during installations.
- Initial incident recording and information gathering for Strikes, damages and defects.
**Other Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of installations, faults, and related activities in the network management system.
- Daily scheduling and management of faults through to completion.
- Generate regular reports on installation status, fault trends, and resolution metrics for management review.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of streamlined procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve any concerns or escalations.
- Act as first line support for installation queries.
- Daily scheduling of the internal field engineering team installations.
- Management of installation scheduling for the internal Field Engineers.
- Act as a permitting liaison support from installations to the Streetworks team.
- Scheduling of SME Surveys and ensuring sign off.
**Skills and Experience**:
- Proven experience in a coordination role within the telecommunications or network infrastructure industry.
- Ability to liaise with a range of departments understanding the roles of installations, Streetworks, civils and design.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, installation processes, and fault resolution methodologies.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Proficiency in using network management systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to network installations and fault resolutions.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with occasional after hours support.
**Desired skills and Experience**:
- The understanding of NOI’s, Network Adjustments and A1024's
- Experience in in using systems such as Oneserve, Zen Desk, IAuditor and bespoke CMS systems.
