Customer Relationship Specialist

**OVERALL SUMMARY**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**_ Proposal and Pay out processing_**
- Work closely with Sales/Customers to smooth the onboarding and agreement set-up processes and providing real-time updates to customers and other interested parties when required
- Provide support to the Sales/Customers with processing of new proposals, including checks on anti-money laundering, credit searching, linking exposures and loading and checking assets
- Responsible for checking and collating documentation and associated paperwork in a timely manner to ensure Customer needs are met and CBAFL are in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals
- Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, brokers and customers
- Ensure all relevant internal checks and reviews are completed accurately and in line with company procedures
**_ Delivering customer service in line with best practice_**
- Process all requests for in-life tasks including settlement quotes, agreement settlement, reschedules, process card payments, refunds and updates to account information
- Ensure all requests are processed in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and SLA’s
**_ Risk & Compliance_**
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required

- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Have proven experience of working proactively and taking initiative
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, ability to communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
- Have strong interpersonal skills, quick to develop and maintain relationship both internally and externally
- Have GCSE Level Mathematics and English or equivalent
**IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU**:
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Products
- Have previous knowledge and experience of the Financial Services Industry and in similar operational or customer facing roles
- Have experience of the Asset Finance industry
