The role

The Customer Advisory Consultant focuses on increasing customer retention and satisfaction rates through issue resolution, driving adoption of Tribal products and delivering high quality consultancy to the customer on operational matters and providing ownership of the resolution of customer issues and queries.

The Customer Advisory Consultant works with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer objectives and monitor customer activity and uses this knowledge to drive adoption of products within the Tribal customer base and ensure longevity of Tribal’s relationships with its customer base by ensuring that the customer understands and maximises the value of Tribal solutions.

The Customer Advisory Consultant may lead a small team of Support Consultants and play a key role in ensuring that they have the requisite specialist product knowledge to provide an excellent level of customer service, and perform line management duties and necessary upskilling in the area of expertise.

The Person

In-depth knowledge of Tribal’s SITS system.
System savviness and ability to understand complex enterprise software and act as system expert.
Strong technical & software troubleshooting skills and background.
Good, quality driven customer services skills
Good written communication skills including writing business requirement documents
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be able to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with customers, at multiple stakeholder levels as well as colleagues and networks, and to promote and support complex trade-offs.
