About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Team Leader to join our team at Brook Street. As a leading recruitment agency, we specialize in providing high-quality staffing solutions to various sectors, including healthcare.

You will have the chance to lead a small team of compliance officers and work closely with senior management to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a small team of healthcare recruitment compliance officers.
  • Ensure all administrative duties related to DBS, medical, qualification, and mandatory training compliance are completed efficiently.
  • Undertake research to ensure that all legislative requirements in relation to compliance are met.
  • Produce reports and statistics to the management team on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Medical, Homecare, or Healthcare Compliance.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience and track record of designing, implementing, and delivering on successful strategic compliance projects.
  • Expert in the use of the full range of MS Office products.

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.
