You will be responsible for analysing business data and turning it into effective revenue management strategies. The primary focus will be on groups room revenue, with an increasing focus on total revenue management over time whilst creating and implementing a marketing strategy. You will be working closely with the Director of Operations and other senior hotel leaders whilst developing new relationships with leading luxury industry travel agencies.

**What we would like you to bring**
- Experienced senior sales & revenue manager within the luxury hotels
- Some experience in marketing (such as branding, advertising & social media
- Working knowledge of SiteMinder, Stay in Touch, third party agents
- Thorough understanding of the market landscape including channel management, software, systems, trends, and tools such as OTA Insight
- Commercially aware of market trends and influences
- Thorough knowledge and use of external systems: channel manager, web booking engines, rate comparison tools, online travel agents, extranets
- Highly motivated individual with initiative, self-confidence, and the ability to work self-directed and within the hotel teams.
- Dynamic, driven, and energetic personality If you can demonstrate the following skills, that would be an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
