We have a Sales Associate vacancy in our Smythson concession within the world's leading luxury department store, **Harrods**. Our two brands bring together the ultimate in historical luxury retail.
We're looking for fresh faces that may not have worked within Luxury Retail, but are hungry to developand take the **next stage in their retail career**. If you are passionate about product, love interacting with people, and strive to deliver the very best in customer service, we would love to hear from you
It's almost impossible to judge someone by their CV, so there are a few **questions **to respond to via **video - please don't be put off by this.** Our main goal is to get an idea of your **personality and energy**, so no need to stress about your answers too much
As a Sales Associate at Smythson, you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly, thoughtful and considered customer service
- Having and maintaining excellent up-to-date product knowledge
- Reaching, and where possible, exceeding sales targets set
- Ensuring the store and stock are impeccably presented at all times
- Assisting the management team with store and operational procedures
- Having a willing a pro-active approach, with excellent communication skills
- A second language is a distinct advantage, especially Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic and/or any European language.
Salary ranges from £24,000 too £26,500 depending on experience. You will also receive:
- 1% commission on all personal sales.
- £500 dress allowance paid each year
- 22 days annual leave rising to 25 days in first 3 years of employment
