**Position Overview**:
As a Contact Centre Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in generating essential funds for a charity by selling lottery tickets. We are looking for compassionate individuals with outbound sales experience, who have a genuine passion for supporting charitable causes. This role focuses on engaging with potential supporters and conveying the significance of their contributions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls to potential supporters to introduce our charity's lottery program.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive, empathetic, and genuine relationships
- Educate and Inspire: Clearly and passionately communicate the charity's mission, vision, and the impact their contributions can make.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand the unique interests and preferences of potential supporters
- Handle Objections: Address concerns and objections with empathy, providing information and assistance to overcome doubts.
- Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of conversations and transactions in our CRM system.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly targets, contributing to the charity's financial - goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Outbound Sales Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales is preferred.
- Passion for Charitable Causes: Demonstrated commitment to supporting charitable organisations and empathy for the beneficiaries.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with an ability to listen actively and convey information effectively.
- Empathy and Caring Attitude: A warm, compassionate, and empathetic approach when interacting with potential supporters.
- Resilience: Ability to handle objections and rejections positively and persistently.
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit and willingness to work within a team to achieve common goals.
