Telesales Agent

**RME Consultants are recruiting for a growing client in Banbury who is seeking a personable, friendly individual to join the Sales team**

**Role: Telesales Agent**

**Salary: £20,500 - £23,500 + commission**

**Contract: Full time, Permanent Monday to Friday**

**Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire**

**Main Duties for Telesales Agent**:

- **Proactive Account Management with existing customers**:

- **Consistent outbound calling to capture regular orders and other sales opportunities and grow customer accounts**:

- **Quoting, including both proactive and any inbound enquiries**:

- **Working with customers to provide the optimum customer experience**:

- **Management of pipeline**:

- **Booking visits for supporting ASM**:

- **Complete any actions following ASM visit to customers**:

- **Quotation follow up**:

- **Take inbound calls**:

- **Manage account opening requests**:

- **Inbound sample requests**:

- **Following up inbound enquiries**:

- **Managing elite stockists**:

- **Prepare for and attend the monthly sales meeting**:

- **Create and complete a weekly planner and KPI report**:

- **Attend bi-weekly one-to-one with the National Sales Manager**:
**Experience required for Telesales Agent**:

- **Highly self-motivated, self-starter who displays self-confidence and initiative**:

- **Target driven**:

- **Passion for selling with a personal ambition to succeed**:

- **Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills**
