**Job Role: Administrator**
**Salary Negotiable Depending on Experience - Full-time, Permanent**
We are on the look out for a reliable Administrative Assistant to join the Nuneaton Roof Truss team.
You will be providing support to our managers and fellow employees, assisting in daily office needs
and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Ultimately, a successful Admin
Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office through
answering phones, updating and maintaining office policies and procedures, providing general
support to visitors and acting as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
**Hours**:
9am-3pm, Monday - Friday
(30 Minute Lunch Each Day)
You will be:
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
Taking notes in meetings
Preparing documents for meetings
Greeting and directing visitors and new staff to the organisation
**Essential Skills**:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
