**Junior Administrator**

**Job Brief**:
**Responsibilities**:
Providing support to the Business Administration Manager with:

- Producing customer quotes, PO’s for HQ, PO confirmations and delivery notes
- Handling and shipping orders to customers
- Input of data into company databases and CRM
- Maintaining spreadsheets & records
- Assist with hospitality, meetings, training events & exhibitions
- Booking in visitors
- Scanning documents and invoices
- Office facilities support
- Support Marketing team with administration as and when required
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Work to deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Confident with Microsoft Office experience
- Positive, friendly and professional attitude
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
