Due to growth and expansion within our team, SecuriGroup Academy are seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coordinator working within the Glasgow area, to demonstrate our values of Loyalty, Integrity and Professionalism while delivering a high standard of service.

The Apprenticeship Coordinator manages Work Based Learning programs, serving as the main contact for apprentices and employers. They conduct regular reviews to monitor training progress and ensure compliance with Individual Learning Plans. Responsibilities include updating tracking systems, maintaining data accuracy, adhering to core values, reporting any malpractice, and fostering a safe learning environment.

What You Will Be Doing:
What We Need From You:

- Strong working knowledge of learning within the private security industry
- Knowledge and familiarity of safety, and operational compliance protocols. Experience in managing the full training cycle. - Knowledge and experience of learnings systems and L&D reporting. Excellent written and interpersonal skills. - Robust, collaborative team player with the ability to engage at all levels. - Output orientated and business focused. - Achieve outcomes for clients that provide a wide range of benefits including jobs, apprenticeships, qualifications, and other progression routes. IT literacy and ability to quickly gain a working knowledge of new technology. - Maintain annual instructor certification as required. Qualifications:

- Training/assessing qualification desirable or at least an understanding of apprenticeship provision and delivery. Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- L3 Safeguarding (mandatory)
- L3 First Aid at Work (mandatory)
- L2 Mental Health Awareness (mandatory)

This role will be 3 days per week, for a 6 month fixed term with potential for permanent employment.

Pay: £12.00-£12.50 per hour
