This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver to embark on 4-year Graduate Apprenticeship with University of the West of Scotland, resulting in a BA (Hons) in Business Management & Project Management.

In this role, you will be a key part of the team’s success with responsibility for supporting the project timelines and plans. This role will progress to also manage stability and/or routine projects following established process flows.

**Learn about our Program Management Team**

Curia Glasgow has a productive Program Management team of around 7 that share responsibility for the management of multiple projects with different levels of complexity. Each of our Program Managers is responsible for assigned client projects, enabling good client relationships to be formed to develop a clear project management plan from the outset with close management through all stages.

The PM position partners across the site and globally with all teams to coordinate regular technical and milestone updates, ensuring effective and consistent cross-functional project and resource management processes are delivered to exceed the clients' requirements on schedule and within revenue milestones.

Our teams operate at the highest class in the pharmaceutical industry to GMP standards, Class A cleanrooms, which is a heavily regulated environment, and tasks are required to be carried out in compliance with all relevant internal Curia procedures, GMP, MHRA regulations and customer-specific documentation.

Curia manages multi-service projects, ensuring a consistent approach by using approved templates and process flows. The variety of projects and different levels of complexity as well as working with top talent is what attracts great people to join our team at Glasgow.

**Expected level of knowledge and demonstrated competencies**

You should be a quick learner, confident communicator with a can-do attitude, and a good higher level of written and verbal communication, including proficiency in word and excel.

Training and support will be provided on our systems and full access to a e-learning platform. This role demands that you are a confident collaborator face to face and on zoom video, to maximise on training to be undertaken we expect this role to be on-site full time. You will also be expected to travel to the University of the West of Scotland Lanarkshire Campus once a semester.
