Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and motivated graduate to join our team as a Monklands Project Graduate Assistant. As part of the Laing O’Rourke Graduate Development Programme, you will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in social value delivery, data collection, reporting, and social value evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Social Value Advisors in social value delivery, data collection, and reporting.
  • Work within project teams, collaborating with other functions to deliver social value activities.
  • Identify suitable partners to deliver social value objectives.
  • Report to line managers on delivery progress, raising risks and issues in delivery.

Location

The role will be based in Monklands, Scotland, with potential relocation opportunities within the UK.

Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £23,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
