**The Client**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our client’s busy team in Bradford. With over 17 decades of experience and active BCAS membership, our client’s expertise is at the leading edge within the industry. Our client’sservices include expert advice, industry recognised training, pneumatics system design, installation, and an array of aftermarket services to support our client’s customer’s compressed air and fluid power needs. Everything from a small fitting to a major compressorplant installation, supply, and service package, our client provides a true one-stop-shop solution.
From supplying têxtile mills and the motor trade industries in a fast-growing metropolis to becoming the UK's top provider of air compressors, air tools, pneumatics, and fluid power process equipment our client has come a long way.
**Renumeration Package**:
- Salary £35k - £42k DOE
- Bonus OTE £16k

**Job Overview**:
- Identify potential new customers.
- Manage Key Accounts within a territorial area.
- Develop sales and profitability by targeting prospective customers and generating new business
- Manage the integration of our client’s specialists and their manufacturers’ representatives within your area.
**Primary Objectives**:
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Communicate client needs and demands to the relevant department.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals whilst meeting company goals.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Use CRM to keep records of client transactions.
- Regular meetings to discuss area, and what resource is needed to achieve goals.
- Ensure clients are kept up to date with our client’s range of products and services.
