Temporary contract starting 13th March 2023

£12.00 per hour

Hours 08.00 - 16.00 / 09.00 - 17.00 / part time also available 30 hours across 5 days

**DBS required.**

**Purpose of role - Administrator**

To provide a high quality and responsive administrative function for the service, including maintaining a computerised database and case management system. To ensure all referrals into the service are triaged and offered support in line with service requirementsand standards, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries into the service and supporting the wider team and service with general administrative duties.

**Responsibilities - Administrator**
- Provide high quality administrative support to the team and service, including but not limited to, administrate, and support the referral process.
- Update and maintain manual and computerised database and case management systems and records in accordance with the service’s internal policies/procedures and organisational standards.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, telephone and general queries into the service.
- Collate and supply information and correspondence to internal and external contacts in accordance with required deadlines.
- Liaise with referring agencies to improve referral information and the general referral process.
- Provide general office administration support which could include photocopying, filing, data entry, ordering of office supplies, processing invoices and raising purchase orders, and administering meetings.
- Comply with data protection legislation, confidentiality and information sharing policy and procedures, as well as all legislation connected to your work.

**Skills / Experience - Administrator**
- Experience of working in an administrative role and undertaking a variety of administrative duties.
- Experience of working and adhering to policies, processes and procedures.
- Excellent IT skills and conversant with all packages in the standard Microsoft Office suite and case management systems/databases.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively both verbally and in writing with a wide range of individuals and audiences.
- Ability to work on own initiative and with mínimal supervision to achieve deadlines.
- Excellent record keeping skills with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- A team player with a flexible working approach.
