**Operations Coordinator**

**You will be a member of our Operations and Permissions Team**

A full-time for a 12 month maternity cover

**What you will do**
- Being the point of contact for all of the operations team, all issues & requests are funnelled through the operations coordinator.
- Working closely with the business operations manager to ensure compliance, company policies, stock related issues and operational processes are carried out efficiently.
- Support finance team in the processing of invoices and sales orders.
- Manage the company's asset inventory, including hardware and software licenses.
- Support the HR department with new employee onboarding, orientation, and benefits administration.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the office is kept clean and presentable.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, visitors contractors, and building management.
- Lead operational tasks as and when required

**What you must have**
- 3 years min experience of providing full administrative support at an excellent level.
- Exceptional organizer with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload
- Proficient in managing competing priorities, under the pressure of time constraints and with little notice
- Capability of dealing with sensitive information and upholding absolute confidentiality
- Experience working in a tech/startup environment preferably but not essential

You will be an excellent communicator, with outstanding organizational skills with the ability to plan, priorities and schedule own work effectively with a record of success of working in a constantly changing environment with the ability to understand how effective administrative support will enable the team to deliver our shared goals and priorities. You will also be professional and maintain confidentiality when appropriate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
