**About the Role**:
At ARU we see education for sustainability as a key part of our curriculum, and we’re seeking someone who can work across the university to support academic staff in integrating sustainability as part of our active and inclusive curriculum, as well as to encourage and support students to take practical actions to address our local and global sustainability challenges.

The post holder will join the Education for Sustainability team based within the Global Sustainability Institute, and work closely with ARU’s Learning and Teaching staff, the Student Union and other individual staff and students.

You will have a degree or relevant professional qualification, and you will have experience of EfS/ESD, ideally in a higher education setting. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills, and be IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. This role would suit someone who is passionate about sustainability, has excellent interpersonal, project and time management skills and has an enthusiastic and flexible approach to working co-operatively and as part of a team.
