**Duration**:13th February - 13th November 2023 (9 months)

**Hours**: Full Time, Monday - Friday, hours flexible within core business hours

**Pay rate**:£14.48 per hour

**Location**: Cambridge campus. Remote option is available but must be able to visit Cambridge campus once a week.

**Key duties**
- Co-ordinate and provide administrative and operational support for key activities in the student lifecycle, including but not limited to, Welcome, Graduate Showcase and Graduation
- Co-ordinate and provide administrative support for key processes
- Support the development and delivery of key student engagement initiatives and processes. To include targeted engagement with hard-to-reach audiences
- Support the analysis of student surveys and feedback, to identify actionable insights as required and coordinate activities to increase student engagement with key surveys.

**Experience**
- Experience of project work including planning, co-ordination and working within a multi-disciplinary team and engaging with others to deliver outcomes on time.
- Proven experience of resolving daily problems independently or through a support team where appropriate
- Experience of event planning and delivery desirable but not essential
- Experience of working in a Higher Education setting (desirable but not essential)
- Customer Service experience

**Knowledge/skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written
- Excellent planning and administrative skills
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to analyse data and produce reports as required
- Ability to research and collate information
- IT literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
- Interest in wider participation (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion)

**Salary**: £14.48 per hour
