Associate Director - Permanent Division
**Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinating engineers in a designated area, to support our customers’ needs
- Complete relevant administrative tasks relevant to departments and team within specified timeframe
- Scheduling of jobs which involves liaising with multiple skillsets within the business.
- Co-ordinate survey and audit requests
- Responsible for organising installation visits by liaising with contractors and customers.
- Managing the team’s inbox and allocating work accordingly
- Assist with compiling audit reports to a high standard using audit software to ensure a prompt turnaround for the customer
